Your Concerns: The Pinnacle Board and administration seeks to provide the highest quality service to the public and wishes to improve wherever service may be deficient. Therefore, the administration invites constructive criticism from parents and patrons of the school. Parents or patrons of the school who wish to express a concern must follow the procedures. If you have a concern that you would like to communicate you may click here for more information regarding The Pinnacle Charter School Public Complaint Procedures and an Express of Concern form that may be submitted by fax at 303-255-6305, or mailed to the school at The Pinnacle Charter School, 1001 W. 84th Avenue, Federal Heights, CO 80260, or you may bring it in to the front office.
